Allied Center for Educational and Human Service Support

Our History

Allied Center for Educational and Human Service Support is a private, non profit organization based in Massachusetts. Our work is focussed on developing the best behavioral and treatment interventions to support people with Autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities by allowing them to live a life of unlimited capabilities in their own family homes, residential programs and the community.

Our organization arose out of the belief that all people irrespective of their disability have a role to play within the communities they live in.Their disability shouldn’t be used against or as a window through which they are denied active participation in their community as well as getting assistance in making meaningful decisions and relationships.

We have positioned ourselves at the forefront of developing and delivering a wide range of clinical, educational and behavioral interventions modeled around a synthesis of ideas that uplift the well-being of adults, children and families.

Message from the President/CEO

Dear Friends and Partners,

If the challenges of the past few years have taught us anything, it is that we are all one community and we must take care of each other the way strong communities do. Strong communities are active, resilient but not static. They grow and change to welcome new members. They adapt to new circumstances, opportunities and most importantly, they take special care of people who have been placed under their care.

At Allied Center, we are privileged to partner with the State of Massachusetts and other key stakeholders in executing the mandate of assisting, supporting and advocating for persons with Autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities to live a life full of hope and opportunities while up-holding their true human values and rights.

As we look back on our past accomplishments , we are reminded of the ways in which we remain grounded in our mission and vision by adapting and finding even better ways to serve those in our care through initiatives and strategies that address the most complex and complicated behavioral issues faced by the persons in our care.

In reviewing our commitment to serving our clients better, our organization has and will invest resources in building a system that works for everyone which will enable us achieve benefits that are mutual and cross cut to all members of our team. As an organization we are focussed on internally assessing the work we do, so that we remain compliant with the regulators and licensure.

While there is much to be thankful for in the past year of work, we are also looking towards our 2030 Vision to scale our impact.Improving educational support is crucial for the success of our programmatic work and we’ve made strides due to our forward looking strategic outputs. We are unmatched in our support programs.
